-Standard Porygon PokéPatch 

-Surfing Pikachu PVC set 

-Standard Chase in every order

*but every random order will get a chance to get an Alternate Chase PokéPatch or PVC set. 

**Not every order will recieve an Alt Chase. 

Limit: 2 per household for my site
