FAQ

  • 1.Current shipping is within the USA and Canada. Outside of these two, please have a proxy with an address to ship to. APOs addresses will result in higher shipping charges due to customs.

    2.Shipping to info that has been entered upon checkout. Please check the address before completing your order.

    3.The items that are purchased are shipped via USPS/UPS. Once the package is in the hands of the mail carrier, HIGHSTAXX is not responsible for lost or damaged packaging. Pricing will reflect current postage pricing for each carrier.

    4.Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 2-3 business days. If you have not received tracking, please contact me with your order #.

    5.No warranties on any products including custom bulk orders. As these are custom made patches/ranger eyes. Delamination and separation can occur due to the manufacture or to usage. No refunds or replacements will provide due to the limited availability of the custom pieces as well as no refunds on custom bulk orders.

    6.Custom Patch Orders - No refunds on any custom orders. All Custom embroidery / Woven work can have minor skipped stitches due to the embroidery machine. We do our best to maintain and service all machines to help with production.

    7.Custom orders are quoted on Business days not Calendar days. Holidays are excluded from Business days. Observations of certain holidays may impact your estimated date for completion. We will do our best to communicate that through emails with clients

  • Starting November 2nd through January 20th, holiday shipping pricing increased across the states and pricing has increased to match. Please be patient as Holiday Season is upon us and you might receive delays in shipments. Some items might not be scanned from USPS but please be assured that these items have been personally dropped off and tracking will be updated once USPS catches up. Please be patient and reach out if you have any questions.
